Background of Elite Parents’ School

Elite Parents’ School was built in 2016 and accredited to offer Nursery Section programs since 2017. It was created to respond to the excellent schools shortage in our region. Most of children attend schools very far in Kigali or in Muhanga District and in most of cases they face transport challenges, especially during these periods of Covid-19.

We started with 8 pupils on the 23^rd January 2017 and the school year ended when we have 19 pupils. The next year 2018, we counted 54 pupils, who were doubled to 117 in 2019. In 2020 our school was closed due to COVID-19 lockdown and in 2021 we enrolled 195 pupils and 18 teaching and administrative staff.

All these pupils are at the centre of everything that we do and we aim to ensure that all have a happy and successful experience at our school. They are also assured of a very conducive environment, friendly for academic excellence.

We offer experiential outstanding learning and teaching for the 21st Century to students through an enriched learning experience that blends face-to-face and virtual learning using modern technologies. We especially offer tea and snacks and meals to our pupils in order to nurture their minds.

We believe in firm but fair discipline with an emphasis on positive behaviour management could lead our school to the excellence.  As a fully inclusive school, we welcome all children and work closely with parents and outside agencies to make any necessary adaptations both before admission and during a child’s time in our school.  

We have a dedicated team of education professionals who work extremely hard to ensure every child learns and achieves his/her full potential.  All children who come to our School are important to us and are special in their own way.  We hope you find our school as wonderful as we do.  You are warmly welcomed to come and visit and find out all about us for yourselves.
